What data we collect

Through the forms on this site we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the school level you are asking about and any message you choose to write.

If you also choose a time to arrange the admissions interview, we ask for the child’s name and age, the school year they would be starting and, if you wish to give it, their previous school. Those fields are optional: the enquiry can be sent without them. We do not ask for any other information about the child, nor any sensitive data, through this site.

What we use it for

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, arrange an admissions interview and send the school information you asked for. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share or sell it to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not use audience measurement or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so browsing it does not involve a request to any other company.

The one exception is the map on the contact page, which is provided by Google Maps. It does not load on its own: a button appears and the map is only downloaded if you ask for it. If you do, Google may record your IP address and set its own cookies, just as if you had gone to Google Maps. If you do not ask for it, nothing is sent to them.

The only thing it stores is browser session storage, to avoid repeating the welcome screen, to remember the language you chose and to keep what you have typed in a form if you move to another page. It clears itself when you close the tab, cannot be used to track anyone and never leaves your device. To open the site in your own language we read the list of languages your browser already announces with every request: that is not stored and is not sent anywhere.

Where it is kept

Enquiries and arranged interviews are recorded in the school’s admissions systems, with access restricted to the staff who handle the process. The school works with software providers who host those systems and who may only process the data in order to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to manage the admissions process and to meet the legal obligations that apply.

Your rights

Anyone may request access to, correction of or deletion of their data by writing to administracion@institutorobertoarlt.edu.ar. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority responsible for Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act 25.326, is empowered to hear complaints and claims concerning breaches of personal data rules.
